Sounds like you also might need to check your local grocery for food grade 3 or 5 gallon lidded buckets. Check the bakery for frosting buckets, usually they'll let you have them free. They make excellent storage containers for bulk purchases like pasta, beans flours, etc. Close them up after throwing in some desiccant packs or the like and stack 'em in the closet.
