Jon Stewart Notices Bush's 3rd Term
I've been calling Barack Obama's Administration "Bush's 3rd Term" for about 15 of the 18 months of its existence now, due to the incredible continuity and expansion of Bush's policies by Obama. It's so obvious now that even Jon Stewart can no longer let it pass.
Now, will Democratic supporters do what they criticized Bush for, namely, give their man a free pass?

Not a Joke
LNC Chair Bill Redpath is scheduled to appear on the Daily Show with Jon Stewart tonight on Comedy Central. Link to LP press release.
Redpath is scheduled to talk about the Census. That's nice, but I wish he was going to talk about the wars in Iraq & Afghanistan, the Patriot Act, and civil liberties under the Bush-Obama continuum. Better than not appearing.
In other news, candidate for LNC Chair Wayne Root was on CNN with Larry King earlier this week. Here's the video:

Bailouts & Stimulus Are The Problem
You've probably heard of Peter Schiff- the man who was the town crier, telling anyone who would listen that the sub-prime market would collapse, and then it did. Here's Schiff on the Daily Show:
Republicans set the fire. Democrats brought gasoline to 'fix' it. You need the Libertarians now more than ever.
